Rules of accommodation and booking policy at the Best Western Plus Atakent Park Hotel



These Rules of Hotel Accommodation (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) apply to persons (residents) staying at the hotel.

The hotel’s working hours are round–the-clock.

The primary right to hotel accommodation is granted to persons with confirmed room reservations. All others are placed in the order of the general queue.

  1. The reservation of the room is considered confirmed after the Customer receives the confirmation of the reservation. If the reservation is not guaranteed by the company or by credit card, the reservation is for a room (room) It is saved until 14:00 on the day of arrival. If you do not arrive before 14:00, the reservation will be canceled, and the Guest will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  2. The payment for accommodation is made according to the hotel day, according to the price list of the hotel upon arrival. The hotel has the following check-out time system: check-in time is 14:00 hours, and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. local time. In case of delayed departure of the client, the accommodation fee is charged in the following order:

The procedure for booking rooms and withdrawing reservations

When booking up to 5 (five) rooms, the Customer undertakes to notify the Contractor in writing of the cancellation of the booking order, at least 48 (forty-eight) hours before the scheduled arrival time of the guests, as well as the cancellation of the meeting/seeing off service.

In case of cancellation of the order, in less than 48 (forty-eight) hours, the Customer pays the Contractor a fine, an amount equal to the cost of accommodation per day.

When booking more than 5 (five) rooms, the Customer undertakes to notify the Contractor in writing of the cancellation of the booking order, at least 5 (five) business days before the scheduled arrival time of the guests, as well as the cancellation of the meeting/seeing off service. In case of cancellation of the reservation by the Customer within less than 5 (five) business days, 100% prepayment by the Hotel will not be refunded.

If this is the period of exhibitions held at the Atakent Exhibition Center and exhibitions according to the schedule of the Iteca and Atakent-Expo exhibition companies, if canceled 14 (fourteen) days before the scheduled arrival time of the guests, the Customer pays a fine in the amount of the cost of accommodation per day.

In case of cancellation of the reservation by the Customer, during the exhibition period for less than 14 (fourteen) calendar days, 100% prepayment by the Hotel will not be refunded.

The administration ensures that the Guest can stay at the Hotel only during the paid period of time. After the end of the paid period, at the request of the Guest, the stay can be extended only if there are available seats.

4. In order to obtain the right to stay, the Guest must present to the administrator one of the following documents: passport (civil or foreign), identity card, official ID.

5. The guest is obliged to comply with the rules of fire safety and the use of electrical appliances in the room.

6. Observe the established order of residence, cleanliness, close the water taps at the end of use, windows, turn off lighting fixtures, TV, leaving the room to lock the key.

7. In accordance with the legislation of Kazakhstan, the Guest compensates for damage in case of loss or damage to the property of the hotel, and is also responsible for violations caused by persons invited by him.

8. It is allowed to visit the staying guests by their invited persons and stay in the hotel for 12 hours. In this case, it is necessary to present to the reception and accommodation service a document certifying the identity of the invited person. In the absence of an identity document, the meeting should take place in the lobby of the hotel. In case of non-compliance with the rules, the stay at the hotel of these persons may be limited in time or interrupted. If the visitor is delayed for more than 12 hours, make an additional payment in the amount of 50% of the room rate.

9. It is forbidden to take dishes, cutlery, food and drinks out of the hotel restaurant without prior approval from the restaurant employee.

10. It is prohibited to consume alcoholic or other beverages brought with you, as well as food in public places of the Hotel.

11. Loud music and other noise is not allowed.

12. Pollution of the hotel territory and smoking in the hotel premises are prohibited. For violation of this rule, the Hotel Administration has the right to charge a fine of 30,000 (thirty thousand) tenge from the Guest.

13. Upon leaving the hotel, the Guest is obliged to hand over the room to the administrator of the reception and accommodation service of the Hotel, then hand over the room keys and pay for the services indicated in the Guest’s invoice, including additional services.

14. In case of non-payment of the debt by the Guest, the Hotel Administration has the right to withhold baggage and property until it is fully paid, and also has the right to foreclose on the Guest’s Property and turn it into its own property out of court, further disposing of it at its discretion, if payment has not been made for more than 1 (one) a month. The value of the property cannot exceed
to reduce the amount of debt, taking into account the penalty for late payment of services provided and the cost of expenses of the hotel Administration related to ensuring the safety of the Guest’s property.

15. It is strictly forbidden for a Guest to bring and store in the hotel any items and goods prohibited by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including flammable items, poisons, narcotic substances, weapons. The guest is solely responsible for his own behavior, the behavior of his invited guests, visitors for any losses, financial or other losses that may be caused as a result of his own negligence and non-compliance by the guests with any rules/ instructions of the hotel.

16. Gambling, smuggling, prostitution, drugs, and animal placement are strictly prohibited on the territory of the Hotel.

17. The use of pyrotechnics, smoke screens, firecrackers and other explosive devices in the hotel is prohibited. For violation of this rule, the Hotel Administration has the right to charge the Guest a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) tenge.

18. In case of non-payment or improper behavior of the guest, the hotel Administration has the right to demand immediate departure from the hotel, without prior notice and without specifying any reason.

In case of non-fulfillment of obligations by the Guest, the management has the right to remove guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him.

19. It is prohibited to use photos and videos taken at the hotel for commercial purposes.

20. In case of non-compliance by the guest with the above requirements of these Rules, the administration has the right to evict him prematurely with the imposition of penalties.

21. The hotel rooms are cleaned once a day. If necessary and/ or at the request of the guest, additional cleaning is carried out, the cost of additional cleaning is 40 000 (forty thousand) tenge.

22. The hotel administration has the right to unhindered access to the rooms at any time of the day.

23. The hotel administration is not responsible for the loss of funds, credit cards, jewelry not deposited (reception).

24. The hotel administration is not responsible for the operation of urban communications (turning off lights, water, heat, etc.).
